Team activities

We organise the following to strengthen the corporate team and a friendly environment:

  •     Quarterly sports tournaments (bowling, football, table tennis, etc.)

  •     Summer SEKO party at the Louny plant

Staff training

We organise statutory and other professional training. This includes, for instance, occupational health and safety, fire safety training, driver training, first aid basics, NADCAP operator training, etc.

Professional training takes place according to need. For example, payroll training, computer training, internal auditor training.

An important part of training our staff is the chance to learn foreign languages with native speakers, available to all permanent staff with an active interest in learning.
